Divyanka Tripathi

Tripathi began her career as a radio anchor for All India Radio in Bhopal. In 2003, she participated in Pantene Zee Teen Queen and won the “Miss Beautiful Skin” title. She competed in India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004, reaching the top 8 in the Bhopal zone and becoming the runner-up in the Indore zone. In 2005, she was crowned Miss Bhopal.

Her acting career started with a Doordarshan telefilm, followed by hosting a show called Akash Vani. In 2005, she appeared in Yeh Dil Chahe More as Payal and in Viraasat in 2006. Her big break came with Zee TV’s Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, where she played dual roles as Vidya and Divya. This role earned her recognition, several awards, and a strong fan base. The show ran from 2006 to 2009.

Over the years, Tripathi appeared in several reality shows, including Jjhoom India (2007), Nachle Ve with Saroj Khan (2008), and Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout (2011). She also acted in Mrs. & Mr. Sharma Allahabadwale (2010), Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story (2011), and Teri Meri Love Stories (2012).

In 2013, she gained immense popularity as Dr. Ishita Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, where she played a dentist who marries to provide a motherly figure for a young girl. The show aired successfully for six years until 2019 and won her numerous awards, including Best Actress at the Indian Telly Awards and Gold Awards.

In 2016, she participated in the Box Cricket League 2 and appeared briefly in Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant. In 2017, she, along with her husband Vivek Dahiya, won Nach Baliye 8. She continued to appear on shows like Kanpur Wale Khuranas (2018), The Voice 3 (2019), Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum (2019), and The Greedy Closet (2020). She also hosted Crime Patrol (2020–2021).

In 2021, Tripathi participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 as a contestant, adding another milestone to her versatile career.
